PRODUCT OVERVIEW

In power systems,temperature is an important parameter to characterize the proper operation of equipment.With the advancement of science and technology,the social electricity load continues to grow,in order to avoid the fire or explosion caused by    equipment heating,automatic monitoring of temperature has become one of the important measures taken by various industries to carry out safe production and reduce losses,the traditional temperature measurement methods has a long cycle,complex construction, low efficiency,not easy to manage,when the fault occurs,it takes a lot of manpower and material resources to check and relay  the cable.In specific occasions,the  monitoring points are scattered,the environment is closed,or there is a high  voltage,  and many measurement methods cannot achieve measurement work at all.HCW wireless temperature measurement system is a temperature measurement system independently developed by our company with accurate measurement,high reliability and easy installation.It adopts mature sensing technology and unique wireless communication technology for high-voltage isolation and signal transmission,and uses its in here insulation and anti-electromagnetic field interference performance to fundentally solve the problem  that the operating temperature of the contacts in the high-voltage switch  gear is not easy to monitor.The system is mainly composed of three parts:temperature front-end acquisition device(wireless temperature measurement communication terminal(temperature display),and temperature monitoring and early warning workstation.After the wireless temperature sensor measures the temperature monitoring point,the temperature data is transmitted to the temperature measurement communication terminal(wireless temperature display instrument) through wireless means:through the bus connection the temperature monitoring computer collects the operating temperature data of each monitoring point from the  temperature  measurement communication terminal.Long-term-storage in the database,real-time display of the temperature change cure of the monitoring point,and analysis,and find that the temperature is overheated of sharply heated to the pre-set alarm temperature value when the alarm is immediately alarmed.At the same time,it is convenient to connect the host computer with temperature data to the network for Web publishing. The application of the system is divided into two aspects,civil and industrial applications.Civil applications are mainly suitable for room temperature monitoring industrial applications are mainly suitable for electric power,steel, petrochemical and other fields,which can monitor the temperature of high-voltage.cable joints and high-voltage switch gear contacts in real time,which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to remotely grasp the on-site  operation.
